Vision:

To see a world wide cultural movement towards educational soccer environments based on the core values of faith, honor, and excellence developing the player who is an innovative independent thinker whose participation stems from a love for the game leading them to become a fan for life embracing the global soccer culture. The result of which will be students and alumni who have a lifelong involvement at all levels in the game within their communities

Mission:

"The Alliance" will strive to provide an educational soccer experience based on the core values of faith, honor, and excellence in order to create an environment that allows for player development and personal growth as members of a community.. "The Alliance" will accomplish this by:

Coaches:
Implementing recruitment, placing, training, and compensation strategies for enthusiastic and knowledgeable coaches who will be instrumental in the completion of  the mission and fruition of the vision; whom will personify the identity of the foundation.

Facilities:
Developing and implementing a plan to build partnerships with the community and city in order to have access to fields so that players in the youngest age groups can train within their localized communities. Also, to be able to use or develop facilities which will help accomplish the vision and mission through the development of a necessary financial engine

Players:
Increasing recruitment and retention of youth soccer players of all ages, gender, race and creed, and economic status by improving the quality of fields, coaches, and scholarship capability of "The Alliance". Soccer is a simple team sport minus the costs associated with other organized youth sports. By increasing field availability, coaches, and financial stability of the association, more children will be able to play youth soccer.

Referees:
Implementing recruiting, training, compensation, and retention strategies for referees at all age levels of youth play. The quality of soccer games depends in part on having enough quality referees for games and scrimmages

Business Systems:
Developing an organizational structure that (1) emphasizes policy setting by the Board of Trustees and (2) implements an operational structure with controls required of a well-run organization.  As a not-for-profit organization, it is imperative that this foundation operates in a manner that leaves no question as to the integrity of its founders, trustees and management

Volunteers:
Developing and implementing a plan for recruiting, training, and managing a large volunteer base for "The Alliance". The heart and soul of "The Alliance" is the volunteer base, which provides the environment for our children to play all levels of soccer. Recruitment, coordination, supervision, and recognition of our volunteers are imperative for continued success.

Fund Raising:
Developing and implementing a coordinated fund raising program that supports the implementation of "The Alliance's" Goals 1 through 4. "The Alliance" is a not-for-profit organization and is not rich in financial resources. Our ability to supplement the funds necessary for continued operations and growth will depend on the collective acquisition of funds and resources required to support our goals.
